摘要
Using solid hazardous waste resources: Bayer process red mud and relractory high sulfur bauxite as raw materials, the process ol alkali roasting and recovery ol alumina is discussed. Through the thermodynamic database, the effects ol the roasting temperature and the parameters in the alkali dissolution process on the dissolution rate ol alumina were investigated. The results ol the study show that the temperature ol calcination has the greatest impact on the dissolution ol alumina. Insoluble salts are generated during the calcination process and the material shrinks and nucleates at high temperatures, both ol which reduce the recovery rate ol alumina. Alkaline roasting at the optimal roasting temperature ol 1 100 °C, the optimal dissolution conditions for alumina: dissolution temperature ol 80 #C, dissolution time ol 25 min, liquid-solid ratio of 10 mL/g, NaOH concentration of 18 g/L, Na2 C0$ solubility 8 g/L. Under optimal conditions, the dissolution rate ol alumina in the material can reach 92. 16%, the dissolution slag is used to recover iron through magnetic separation, and the remaining non-magnetic materials are used as relractory materials. <摘要译文>
