摘要
二氧化碳提高页岩气采收率在很大程度上取决于二氧化碳和甲烷的吸附特性。本文中,对于最小二乘支撑矢量机(LSSVM)法进行粒子群算法优化,并基于此预测了中国柴达木盆地侏罗纪页岩样品对单一甲烷、二氧化碳及其混合物的吸附能力,该预测是以输入压力、温度、气体组分和TOC等不同参数为基础的。应用348个文献数据集对模型进行测试和验证。用统计学和图解法将预测值与实验数据进行了比较。测试数据集和验证数据集的CO2吸附测定系数分别计算为0.9990和0.9982,CH4的分别为0.9980和0.9966。该模型推断出了超出测量范围的合理趋势,需要更广泛的数据集对页岩性质进行更加合理地参数化。
